<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br /> TIMOTHY J. CZAPLEWSKI, a single person,to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law,
<br /> Trustee, for the benefit of PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC.,An Iowa
<br /> Corporation, as assignee of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 3, 1991 and recorded December 5,
<br /> 1991 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska as Document No. 91-
<br /> 108177 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance he executed a.nd detivered.

<br /> request of the Beneficiary named therein,the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br /> grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and

<br /> and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of
<br /> said Lot Twelve, thence Southerly on the East Line of said Lot 12 a distance of
<br /> 366.8 Feet to the North Line of 20th Street; Thence Westerly on the North Line of
<br /> 20th Street a distance 132 Feet to a Point on the West Line of said Lot 13; thence
<br /> Northerly on the West Line of said Lot 13 A distance 366.8 Feet to the Northwest
<br /> Corner of said Lot 13; thence Easterly on the North Line of said Lots 12 and 13 a
<br /> distance of 132 Feet to the Point of Beginning.
