<br /> WHEREAS,the undersigned,Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation,as Trustee,under the
<br /> Deed of Trust dated July 30, 1990,executed by Larry D.Mace and Jane E.Mace,husband and wife,in
<br /> which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,and the undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded in
<br /> the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as Document No. 90-104380 on
<br /> the 30th day of July, 1990,and �

<br /> WHEREAS,said undersigned,Five Points Bank, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned �
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Lot Three(3),in Block Eight(8),Replat of Riverside Acres,an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall �
<br /> County,Nebraska ,

<br /> said request to reconvey recidng that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; C�1
