<br />Miscellaneous Proceeds_ If the restoration or repair is not economically feasible or Lender's security would
<br />be l�senecl, lhe Miu;ellancx�us Proceecls shall be appliexl lo lhe sums sec:ureci by lhis Sec:urily Intitrumenl,
<br />whether or not then due, with the excess, if auy, paid to Bortower. Such Miscellaneous Proceeds shall be

<br />In the event of a total taking, destruction, or loss in value of the Property, the Miscellaneous Proceeds shall

<br />Property or rights under this Security Instrument_ Borrower can cure such a default and, if acceleration has
<br />uccurrecl, reinslale ati providecl in S�:lion 19, by cautiing lhe aclion or proceeding lo be dismissed wilh a
<br />tuling that, in Lender' s judgment, precludes forfeiture of the Property or other inaterial impairment of
<br />Lender's interest in the Property or rights under this Security Instruinent_ The proceeds of any award or
