<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Lariy W.
<br />Coffey, A Single Person, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated March 30, 2001, and recorded Apri12,
<br />2001, Instrument Number 0200102773, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Ha11
<br />County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
