<br />This easement, made this �Sday of December, 2011, between John D. Hadenfeldt �'�
<br />and Rebecca K. Hadenfeldt, husband and wife, (hereinafter collectively, "Granto�'), and
<br />Jamie A. Hadenfeldt and Heather D. Hadenfeldt, husband and wife, as jomt tenants with
<br />rights of survivorship, and Larry Hadenfeldt and Peggy Hadenfeldt, husband and wife, as
<br />joint tenants with rights of survivorship, (hereinafter collectively "GranteeA).
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor is owner of a certain property in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Grantees are the owners of adjacent property,
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor is willing to grant Grantees a permanent easement for ingress
<br />and egress of Grantee's pivot over the southeast comer of Grantor's property.
<br />THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant to the
<br />Grantees, their successors and assigns, ingress and egress for Grantee's pivot only over
<br />and upon the southeast comer (approximately 30 feet) of the real estate described as
<br />follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12), VVest of the 6�' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corr�er of
<br />said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4); thence
<br />easterly along the North line of said Section 28, a distance of 425.0 Feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 94°28' and running southwesterly, a distance of 594.0
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 85°18'35" and running westerly a distance of
<br />388.32 feet to the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4); thence northerly along said west line of the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4), a distance of
<br />593.9 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />This easement shall be a perpetual easement, to run with the land.
