Wilson and Elaine K. Wilson, husband and wife, in <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to John D. Hadenfeldt and Rebecca K. <br />Hadenfeldt, husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and <br />not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Sec. 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Twelve (12), West of the a P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of <br />said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4); thence <br />easterly along the North line of said Section 28, a distance of 425.0 Feet; <br />thence deflecting right 94°28 and running southwesterly, a distance of 594.0 <br />feet; thence deflecting right 85°18'35" and running westerly a distance of <br />388.32 feet to the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4); thence northerly along said west line of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4), a distance of <br />593.9 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Grantors covenants with the Grantees that Grantors: <br />1. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record; <br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3. warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />DATED: December 15, 2011. <br />Ben C.
