<br /> Treon and Bessie Stark of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, executors of the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of Anna P. Treon, deceased, who was also known as Anna
<br /> Treon, late of Hall County, Nebraska, parties of the first part, and Emma E.
<br /> Reese of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, party of the second part:
<br /> WITNESSETH, that said parties of the first part, the duly appointed, quali-
<br /> fied and acting executors of said Anna P. Treon, deceased, under her Last Will and
<br /> Testament, which is of record in the office of the probate court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, k�y virtue of the power and authority granted and conferred upon said
<br /> executors uncier said Will, and in consideration of the sum of Seven Thousand Five
<br /> Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($7, 500. OG) to thern paid by the party of the second part,
<br /> the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, remise, release, convey and confirm unto said party of the second part,and to
<br /> her heirs and assigns forever, all of the following described real estate situated in
<br /> the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot 5, Block 7, Windolph's Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and also all the estate, right, title,
