<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: �
<br /> THAT HENRY BEDFORD and LOUISE BEDFORD, husband and wife,
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska., in consideration of the sum of Ten and
<br /> No/100 Dollars ($10.00) , and other good and valuable consideration,
<br /> in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br /> unto ANDERSON-PRICHARD OIL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, of
<br /> Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the following described real estate situated
<br /> in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:
<br /> The Northerly 66 feet and 3 inches on Lot Five (5) ,
<br /> in Block Eight (8) , ROLLIN'5 ADDITION to the C .ty
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to
<br /> the same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead,
<br /> claim or demand whatsoever of the said Grantors in, or to the same or
<br /> any part thereof.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, with the
<br /> appurtenances, unto ANDERSON-PRICHAHD OIL CORPOftATION and to its suc-
<br /> cessors, and assigns forever, and we, the said Grantors, for ourselves
<br /> and our heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant with
<br /> ANDERSON-PRICHARD OIL CORPORATION and with its successors and assigns
