<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT EDWIN J. CHANEY and EMMA CHANEY, husband and
<br /> wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) , and other good and valuable con-
<br /> sideration, in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br /> and confirm unto ANDERSON-PR,ICHARD OIL CORPORATION, a Delaware
<br /> corporation, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the following described
<br /> real estate situated in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, to wit:
<br /> The Southerly 65 feet and 9 inches of Lot Five
<br /> (5) , in Block Eight (8) , ROLLINtS ADDITION to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Ha.11 County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br /> to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of home-
<br /> stead, claim or demand whatsoever of the said Grantors in, or to
<br /> the same or any part thereof.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, with the
<br /> appurtenances, unto ANDERSON-PRICHARD OIL CORPORATION and to its suc-
<br /> cessors and assigns forever, and we, the said Grantors, for ourselves
<br /> and our heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant with ANDERSON-
<br /> PRICHARD OIL CORPORATION and with its successors and assigns that we
<br /> are lawfully seized of the premises; and that they are free from en-
<br /> cumbrances and that we have good right and lawful authority to sell
<br /> the same and that we will and our heirs, Executors and administra-
<br /> tors shall warrant and defend the same unto ANDERSON-PRICHARD OIL
<br /> CORPORATION and its successors and assigns forever against the law-
<br /> ful claims of all persons whomsoever.
