EXECUTRIX DEED - JOINT TENANCY. <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Anna I Kisler, <br /> Executrix of the estate of Frank W. Anderson, deceased, in <br /> consideration of the sum of - THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED <br /> AND NO/ 100 - - - - - - - - ($3,300.00) - - - - - - - DOLLARS, <br /> in hand paid, and pursuant to the provisions and authorization <br /> set out and contained in Last Will and Testament of said de- <br /> ceased, Frank W. Anderson, does hereby grant, bargain, sell , <br /> convey and confirm unto <br /> - HOWARD R.
