<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Robert L. Kriz and Mary
<br /> Jean Kriz, husband and wife, each in his and her own name and right
<br /> and as spouse of the other, of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br /> for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (�1.00) and other
<br /> good and valuable consideration in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto Robert L. Kriz and James M. Davis, of
<br /> the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, the following described
<br /> real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br /> to-wit ;
<br /> A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter (SWwSWw) of Section Twenty-one (21 ) , Township
<br /> Eleven (11) , North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M.,
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, more par�icularly described as
<br /> follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of the
<br /> county road as laid out by County Surveyor Baldwin in
<br /> 1�90, said road running along the east side of the West
<br /> Half (W2) of the Southwest (�uarter (SW4} of said Section
<br /> Twenty-one (21) , and which point of beginning is located
<br /> 2224.� feet south and 33.0 feet west of the northeast
<br /> corner (as used since 1$90) of the Northwest Quarter of
<br /> the Southwest �uarter (r1��i4SW4) of said Section Twenty-one
<br /> (21) , running thence west at a right angle a distance
<br /> of 300.0 feet, running thence south and parallel to the
<br /> west line of said county road a distance of 1'J7.9 feet,
<br /> running thence east a distance of 300.0 feet to a point
<br /> on the said west line of said county road, running thence
<br /> north along and upon said west line of said county road
<br /> a distance of 1�7,9 feet to the point of beginning,
<br /> containing 1.225 acres, more or less,
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to
<br /> the same belonging, and all tne estate, title, dower, right of home-
<br /> stead, claim or demand whatsoever of the grantors, of, to or to the
<br /> same, or any part thereof, subject to an easement for the benefit
<br /> of all other property owners in the Southwest �uarter of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter (SW4S4V4) of said Section Twenty-one (21) , hereinabove referred
<br /> to, hereby reserved over the Soutnerly Six (6) Feet ot� said tract for
<br /> electricity lines, telephone lines, water, gas and sewer lines.
<br /> To have and to hold the premises above described, together
<br /> with all the tenements, hereditaments and anpurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging unto the said Robert L. Kriz and James N:. Davis and to
<br /> their heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And we, the grantors, do hereby covenant with the said grantees
<br /> and with ttleir heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said
<br /> premises; that they are free from encumbrance; that we have good right
<br /> and lativful authority to sell the same; and we do hereby covenant to
<br /> warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims
<br /> of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> �+nd said grantors do hereby relinquish all of their right, title,
<br /> claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
