WARRANTY DEED <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Robert L. Kriz and Mary <br /> Jean Kriz, husband and wife, each in his and her own name and right <br /> and as spouse of the other, of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, <br /> for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (�1.00) and other <br /> good and valuable consideration in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain, <br /> sell, convey and confirm unto Robert L.
