<br /> THIS DEED, made this 3/st day of March, 1959 by and between Five Points
<br /> Development Corporation, a Corporation duly organized and existing under and
<br /> by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, having lawful authority to make
<br /> this conveyance, and having its principal office and place of business at Grand
<br /> Island, in Hall County, State of Nebraska, Party of the First Part, and A. P.
<br /> Synhorst, of Grand Island in Hall County, State of Nebraska� Party of the
