Motion carried. <br /> <br />-' <br /> <br /> <br />93~ - :<~~ <br /> <br />t- <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, AUGUST 10, 1993 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 a.m. from adjourned session <br />, and by published call with Chairman Gary Quandt presiding. <br /> <br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard Hartman, <br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Tammie Stelk. None were absent. <br /> <br />Deputy County Attorney Jerom Janulewicz was present. <br /> <br />Discussed the Intracounty Agreement between Hall County Attorney and Hall <br />County Keno Administrator, with County Board designating Jerom E. Janulewicz <br />as Hall County Keno Administrator and he is employed by County Attorney and <br />for fiscal year July 1, 1993 through June 30, 1994 to approve $2400.00 from <br />Lottery Trust Fund to the Hall County General Fund for reimbursement for use of <br />equipment, supplies and clerical services by the administrator and recommends <br />increasing County Attorney budget in amount of $2400.00 to reflect the addi- <br />tional expenses for fiscal year July 1, 1993 thru June 30, 1994. <br />Motion by Leslie, seconded by Abernethy to approve the agreement and <br />authorize $200.00 per month to County Attorney's office for Keno expenses <br />and increase County Attorney's budget by $2400.00 Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Janulewicz presented Resolution to establish Hall County Lottery <br />Trust Fund for 1993-1994 Hall County Budget. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Stelk to adopt Resolution #1505 as pre- <br />sented to establish the Hall County Lottery Trust Fund. Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # ~~O S- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE <br />HALL COUNTY LOTTERY TRUST FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska, operates a keno lottery as <br />authorized by the Nebraska County and City Lotteries Act; and <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Neb. Rev. ~. 59-650 requires that the gross proceeds of a <br /> <br />. <br />lottery, less the amount awarded in prizes and amounts paid to a lottery operator, <br />be place<3: in a separate account of the county or city; and <br />WHEREAS, interest earned on such funds is required to be allocated to said <br /> <br />separate account. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the "Hall County Lottery Trust Fund" is hereby <br />established as a separate and segregated account, together with interest earned and <br />paid on the deposits in said account, as required by Neb.
