<br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING - OCTOBER 4, 1994

<br />Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned
<br />session and by published call with Chairman Richard Hartman presiding.
<br />

<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard
<br />Hartman, Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Tammie Stelk.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Leslie.
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was given.
<br />
<br />Minutes of September 27th meeting were corrected and accepted by
<br />motion of Abernethy, seconded by Frauen. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
<br />Landis, Leslie and Stelk voted yes, Quandt abstained. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney, Jerry Janulewicz, discussed the proposed book-
<br />mobile agreement with the Board.
<br />
<br />9:06 A.M. Abernethy ~ade motion, Quandt seconded to go into executive
<br />session to discuss litigation strategy of Chief Industries VS Board
<br />of Equalization. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt
<br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
<br />
<br />9:16 A.M. Stelk made motion, seconded by Landis to return to regular
<br />session. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and
<br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no.

<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director, told the Board that Nebraska
<br />Machinery Co. had made an offer to buy back'machinery from the County.
<br />The Chairman read the offer, Abernethy made motion, Leslie seconded
<br />to accept the offer and to authorize Hostler to send letter of acceptance
<br />and take care of this transaction. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie and Stelk voted yes, Quandt voted no. Motion carried.
