Arnold <br />Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted <br />no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:17 a.m. executive session <br /> <br />10:38 Jeffries made a motion and Humiston seconded to go out of executive session. . <br />Arnold Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10a. Logan made a motion and Jeffries seconded to deny the tort claim received from <br />Jeffrey Wegner. Arnold Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all <br />voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />7. 10:30 a.m. PUBLIC HEARING FOR LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GAS N SHOP <br />LOCATED AT 330 LANGENHEDER: Jeffries made a motion and Lancaster seconded <br />motion to open the public hearing. Arnold Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, <br />Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Chairman Hartman called for public participation and no one responded. The <br />background check from the Hall County Sheriff was included. This is located at the <br />Highway 34 & 281 intersection and is in the county jurisdiction. <br /> <br />Jeffries made a motion and Logan seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold <br />Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted <br />no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Jeffries made a motion and Logan seconded to approve the liquor license requested by <br />Gas N Shop. Arnold Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted <br />yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />11 DISCUSS LETTER FROM UNION PACIFIC REGARDING TRACK ABANDONMENT <br />AT HANSEN INDUSTRIAL LEAD: The county board received a letter from the Union <br />Pacific Railroad regarding the tract abandonment located near Hansen. Chairman <br />Hartman stated he would like input from public on this matter. According to the letter <br />from Union Pacific, for your information letters were sent to all agencies that may be <br />affected by this matter. If the public has a concern Chairman Hartman requested that <br />they contact the county board. Anyone can send a reply to the railroad concerning this. <br />The county board does not have to take any action on this matter. <br /> <br />4 DISCUSS AND APPROVE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH CITY, STATE AND <br />COUNTY JUVENILE SERVICES: This matter will be put on the December 19 county <br />board agenda. <br />
