200005}j3 HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOVEM BER 28, 2000 The Hall County Board of Supervisors met from adjourned session and by published call in the county board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island, Nebraska, November 28, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richard Hartman. Invocation was given by Rev. Lonnie Logan. The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. ROLL CALL: Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Richard Hartman, Bob Humiston, Bud Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster, Margaret Landis and Lonnie Logan. Also present were County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz and news media representatives from the Grand Island Independent and KRGI. CONSENT AGENDA: Lancaster made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the following items by consent agenda: 1. Accept and place on file the minutes of the November 14 meeting. 2. 5a accept the Public Works Committee recommendation to set the bid opening for the Hall County Street Improvement District #2000-01 for January 9, 2001, 10:00 a.m. 3. 5b Approve Resolution 00-0101 for the stop sign for the intersection of Wood River and North Road 4. 5c Authorize the chair to sign the agreement for Bridge Project EACIM-80-7(100) 5. 5d authorize the Chair to sign the Notification of the County Highway Superintendent. 6. 7 set the public hearing for MFS York for industrial development bonds for December 5, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. 7. 8 Set the public hearing for the liquor license for Gas N Shop at 330 Langenheder for December 5,2000 at 10:30 a.m. 8. 11 Approve Resolution 00-0102 to transfer funds in the keno budget 9. 13 Approve the appointment of Rhonda Saalfeld and Bruce Swihart for another term and retain Ron Lukesh for another term 10. 17 authorize the Chair to sign the supplemental agreement for Project No. STPB- 40(47) for the Burlington Depot 11. Accept and place on file the office reports from the Hall County Health Department, Clerk of the District Court and Hall County Juvenile Services 12. Accept and place on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts 13. Accept and Place on file Communications as received. Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.
