<br />20000487 <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING OCTOBER 24,2000 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met from adjourned session and by published call <br />in the county board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island, Nebraska, October 24, <br />2000, at 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richard Hartman. <br /> <br />Roll Call - Present on roll call were Richard Hartman, Bob Humiston, Bud Jeffries, <br />Pamela Lancaster, Margaret Landis and Lonnie Logan. Also present were County <br />Attorney Jerry Janulewicz and news media representatives from the Grand Island <br />Independent and KRGI. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA - Lancaster made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the <br />following by consent agenda: <br /> <br />1. 5a Accept and place on file the Hall County Public Works Department quarterly <br />report <br />2. 5c Authorize the chair to sign the agreement on Project DEP-11-12(1014) <br />3. 5d Approve Resolution #00-0097 Snow Removal for Kuester's Lake <br />4. 5e Approve Resolution #00-98 for Snow Removal for Amick Acres East <br />5. 5f Approve Resolution #00-99 for the Stop Sign at Schultz and McGuire Road <br />6. 5g Authorize the chair to sigh the engineering agreement for Campbell Road <br />improvement District #2000-01 <br />7. 8 Accept the parks committee recommendation to approve the purchase of a lawn <br />tractor and deck for the parks department <br />8. 9 Approve and authorize the chair to sign a letter of support for the Hall County <br />Historical Society's grant application <br />9. 23 Accept and place on file the office reports from the County Attorney, Hall County <br />Health Department, Hall County Juvenile Services, Clerk of the District Court and <br />the Hall County Sheriff's quarterly report <br />10. 24 Accept and place on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br />11.25 Accept and place on file communications as received. <br />12. 1 Accept and place on file the minutes of the October 10 meeting <br /> <br />OFFICE REPORT <br />HALL COUNTY JUVENILE SERVICES <br />OCTOBER 2000 <br /> <br />JUVENILE REFERRALS <br />JUVENILE OFFENDERS <br />JUVENILE HOUSE ARREST <br />TOTAL UNDER SUPERVISION <br />FEES COLLECTED <br /> <br />20 JUVENILES <br />7 JUVENILE <br />2 JUVENILES <br />169 JUVENILES <br />$921.00 <br />
