F7'1 PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY LEGAL DESCRIPTION SECTION 19-T11N-R10W A public road right of way situated in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4); thence running westerly along and upon the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of One Thousand Six Hundred Five and Eighty One Hundredths (1,605.81) feet; thence deflecting right 147024'20. and running northeasterly, a distance of Twenty One and Sixty One Hundredths (21.61) feet to a point of curvature; thence running northeasterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius . is 135.61 feet, of which, the initial tangent of said curve coincides with the previously described course, a distance of Seventy Seven and Fifteen Hundredths (77.15) feet, (long chord distance = 76.11', long chord deflecting right 1601 TSO. from the previously described course) to a point of tangency; thence running easterly, along and upon the easterly profongation of the final tangent of the previously described curve, said prolongation deflecting right 1601750. from the chord of the previously described curve, a distance of One Thousand FIVe Hundred Fourteen and Seventy Six Hundredths (1,514.76) feet to a point on the east line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), said point being Thirty Three (33.0) feet north of the southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4); thence deflecting right 90009'00. and running southerly along and upon said east line, a distance of Thirty Three (33.0) feet to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom, the easterly Fifty (50) feet (measured perpendicular to the east line) of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), thereof, said tract containing 1.156 acres, more or less.
