FSI WI '-----../ 30' WIDE EASEMENT LEGAL DESCRIPTION SECTION 25- T11 N-R 11 W A Thirty (30.0) foot wide easement situated in the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty Five (25), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), said point being Two Hundred Twenty Eight and Ninety Four Hundredths (228.94) feet south of the northeast comer of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence running southerly along and upon the east line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), a distance of _Thirty (30.0) feet; thence deflecting right 89058'06- and running westerly, a distance of One Thousand Nineteen and Forty Five Hundredths (1,019.45) feet to a point of curvature; thence running northwesterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 372.56 feet, of which, the initial tangent of said curve coincides with the previously described course, a distance of Two Hundred Ninety Three and Thirty Hundredths (293.30) feet (long chord distance = 283.60', long chord deflecting right 25039'05- from the previously described course) to a point of tangency; thence running northwesterly, along and upon the northwesterly prolongation of the final tangent of the previously described curve, said prolongation deflecting right 25039'05- from the chord of the previously described curve, a distance of Eighty Five and Sixty Hundredths (85.60) feet to a point of curvature; thence running northwesterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 290.73 feet, of which, the initial tangent of said curve coincides with the previously described course, a distance of One Hundred Nineteen and Twelve Hundredths (119.12) feet (long chord distance = 118.29', long chord deflecting right 11041'16.5- from the previously described course) to a point on the north line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1I4); thence deflecting right 140041'51- and running easterly along and upon the north line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), a distance of Fifty Six and Thirty Seven Hundredths (56.37) feet; thence running southeasterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 320.73 feet, a distance of Eighty One and Twenty Four Hundredths (81.24) feet (long chord distance 81.02', long chord deflecting right 43047'02- from the previously described course) to a point of tangency; thence running southeasterly, along and upon the westerly prolongation of the final tangent of the previously described curve, said prolongation deflecting right 7015'23- form the chord of the previously described curve, a distance of Eighty Five and Sixty Hundredths (85.60) feet to a point of curvature; thence running southeasterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 297.56 feet, of which, the initial tangent of said curve coincides with the previously described course, a distance of Two Hundred Sixty Six and Forty Four Hundredths (266.44) feet (long chord distance = 257.63', long chord deflecting left 25039'05- from the previously described course) to a point of tangency; thence running easterly, along and upon the easterly prolongation of the final tangent of the previously described curve, said prolongation deflecting right 25039'05- from the chord of the previously described curve, a distance of One Thousand Nineteen and Forty Six Hundredths (1019.46) feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.02 acres, more or less.
