F'I8 @ 30' WIDE EASEMENT LEGAL DESCRIPTION SECTION 24-T11N-R11W A Thirty (30.0) foot wide easement situated in the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), said point being Thirty Three (33.0) feet north of the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4); thence running northerly along and upon the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of Thirty (30.0) feet; thence deflecting right 9001 0'15~ and running easterly, a distance of One Thousand One Hundred One and Thirty Seven Hundredths (1,101.37) feet to a point of curvature; thence running southeasterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 320.73 feet, of which, the initial tangent of said curve coincides with the previously described course, a distance of Two Hundred Four and Forty Seven Hundredths (204.47) feet (Ioog chord distance = 201.03', long chord deflecting right 25031'10.5- from the previously described course) to a point on the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4); thence deflecting right 1610<<'10- from the chofd of the previOusly described curve and running westerly, along and upon the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of Fifty Six and Thirty Seven Hundredths (56.37) feet; thence running northwesterty, along and upon the arc of a curve to the /eft whose radius is 290.73 feet, a distance of One Hundred Thirty Nine and Eighty Seven Hundredths (139.87) feet (long chofd distance = 138.52', long chord deflecting right 13046'56- from the previously described course) to a point of tangency; thence running westerly, along and upon the westerly prolongation of the final tangent of the previously described curve, said prolongation deflecting left 13046'56- from the chord of the previously described curve, a distance of One Thousand One Hundred One and Twenty Nine Hundredths (1,101.29) feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.88 acres, more or less.
