F/7 Revised 8/2212000 30' WIDE EASEMENT LEGAL DESCRIPTION SECTION 29- T11 N-R 1 OW A Thirty (30.0) foot wide easement situated in the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, whose centerline is more particularly described as follows: First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at a point on the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), said point being One Thousand Two Hundred Five and Eleven Hundredths (1,205.11) feet east of the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4); thence deflecting left 89049'55- from said south line and running northerly, a distance of Thirty Three (33.0) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing along the previously desrcibed course and running northerly, a distance of One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Six and Sitxy Hundredths (1, 786.60) to a point of curvature; thence running northwesterly, along and upon the arc of a CUNe to the left whose radius is 625.00 feet, of which, the initial tangent of said curve coincides with the previously described course, a distance of Nine Hundred Eighty Four and Ninety Hundredths (984.90) feet (long chord distance = 886.11', long chord deflecting left 45008'25- from the previously described course) to a point of tangency; thence running westerly, along and upon the westerly prolongation of the final tangent of the previously described CUNe, said prolongation deflecting left 45008'25- from the chord of the previously described CUNe, a distance of Five Hundred Twelve and Four HundredthS (512.04) feet; thence deflecting right 90024'15- and running northerly, a distance of One Hundred Ninety Three and Seventy Eighty Hundredths (193.78) feet to a point on the north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), said point being Sixty (60.0) feet east of the northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), and a tract of land comprising the easterly One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Six and Four Hundredths (1,426.03) feet of the northerly Thirty (30.0) feet of the southerly Eighty (80.0) feet of said Southwest Quarter (5W1/4), and containing a total of 3.37 acres, more or less.
