RESOLUTION #00- n031 r-20000168 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECT WHEREAS, The Hall County Airport Authority desires that the County of Hall apply for a Community Development Block Grant in the amount of $180,000 to be used for improvements to public facilities at the Hall County Regional Airport; and WHEREAS, such CDBG grants must be administered by a certified grant administrator; and WHEREAS, the County does not have a certified grant administrator on staff; and WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island is willing to provide grant administration services to the County of Hall pursuant to an interlocal agreement. NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the Interlocal Agreement for a Community Development Block Grant by and Among the County of Hall, the City of Grand Island, and the Hall County Airport Authority is hereby approved. The Board Chairman and County Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the same in the name of and on behalf of the County of Hall. Resolution moved by Supervisor OB lid ....
