<br />(20000088 <br /> <br />Lottery Act is being conducted or failed to produce for inspection or audit any <br />book, record, document, or item required by law, rule, or regulation; <br />(7) Made a misrepresentation of or failed to disclose a material fact to the County; <br />(8) Failed to demonstrate good character, honesty, and integrity; or <br />(9) Failed to demonstrate, either individually or in the case of a business entity <br />through its managers, employees, or agents, the ability, experience, or financial <br />responsibility necessary to establish or maintain the activity for which the <br />application is made. <br />d) To audit, examine, or cause to have examined, by any agent or representative designated <br />by the County for such purpose, any books, papers, records, or memoranda relating to the <br />conduct oflottery activities by a permittee; and <br />e) To investigate the activities of any person applying for a permit under this Resolution. <br />3) Requirements. Any applicant seeking a pennit to operate an additional main location or <br />satellite location shall meet the following requirements: <br />a) Shall have entered into a written agreement or a written option to enter into a written <br />agreement with a lottery operator pertaining to the operation of keno activities at <br />applicant's location. <br />b) Shall have sufficient physical facilities to pennit the sale of keno tickets; <br />c) Shall have seating capacity and available parking sufficient to accommodate members of <br />the general public who may with to come to the location to observe or play the game of <br />keno and engage in other activities conducted on the premises. <br />d) Shall have a board or other monitor clearly visible to the players on which the sinning <br />keno numbers are displayed. <br />e) Shall have a security plan for the keno operations which plan shall have been approved <br />by the lottery operator and the county keno administrator. <br />f) Shall be in compliance with the State Fire Marshal's rules and regulations issued <br />pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statues Section 81-502, as shown by the most recent fire <br />safety inspection of the premises. <br />g) Shall be in compliance with all local building, plumbing, electrical and mechanical codes <br />of the city, village, or county having zoning jurisdiction of the location. <br /> <br />4 <br />
