F01589 RESOLUTION # 0 \ - 00 to 1- Whereas, due to the change in the surface of Guenther Road to Asphaltic Concrete it has been represented to the Hall County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, by Marsha Medbery, Hall County Highway Superintendent that a dangerous traffic situation exists at the intersection of Guenther Road and 60th Road. and that it is necessary to change the stop signs at said intersection trom an east-west stop to a north-south stop intersection. WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, deem it necessary in the interest of traffic safety to erect said Stop Sign. THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered by the Hall County Board of Supervisors in regular session, that Marsha Medbery, HaJl County Highway Superintendent, hereby is authorized and directed to change stop sign at the intersection be changed in such a manner as to require traffic approching said intersection trom the north and south to stop at Guenther Road before entering into said intersection. WHEREAS, the proper law enforcement officers be notified of this action. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS q DAY OF @~~OO1.
