<br />RESOLUTION # 01-t)f)Co'-b-Petty Cash <br /> <br />~ {'r-'~ r:- )IJ c- <br />r U'_,:_VL"~,.> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A LAW ENFORCEMENT <br />PETTY CASH FUND FOR THE CENTRAL NEBRASKA DRUG COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Neb. Rev. Stat. 23-106 permits the establishment of petty cash funds for the <br />purpose of making payment for subsidiary general operational expenditures and purchases: <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary and in the best interest to establish <br /> <br />a Law Enforcement Petty Cash Fund for the Central Nebraska Drug Court to be used for <br /> <br />miscellaneous general operational expenditures and Purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that $500.00 be the amount of money carried in such <br /> <br />petty cash fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby <br /> <br />established a petty cash fund for the Central Nebraska Drug Court in the amount of $500.00 to be <br /> <br />used for miscellaneous general operational expenditures and purchases. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS ~5 DAYOF~ cJ()l)l. <br />Resolution moved by Supervisor LiJ~" '\ -{J L(') q Q Y'\ <br />Seconded by Supervisor ~C> 'r> +l r1 ~ ~S..\-D h <br /> <br />VOTE: <br />Scott Arnold <br />Jim Eriksen <br />Richard Hartman <br />Bob Humiston <br />William P.
