<br />.-/ <br />F01L157 <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING AUGUST 28, 2001 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met from adjourned session and by published call <br />August 28, 2001 in the county board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska at 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richard Hartman <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Richard Hartman, Bob Humiston, <br />Jim Eriksen Bud Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster, and Lonnie Logan. <br /> <br />Bud Jeffries sang "Happy Birthday" to Chairman Dick Hartman. <br /> <br />Lancaster made a motion and Logan seconded to approve the following by consent <br />agenda: <br />1. Approve the minutes of the August 14th meeting <br />2. 2a Authorize the chair to sigh the subdivison Plat for Luzenac Property <br />3. 5a Accept and place on file the Hall County Public Works Department Annual Report <br />4. 5b Accept the Public Works Committee recommendation to set the bid opening on <br />asphalt projects for September 24, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. <br />5. 5c Accept the Public Works Committee recommendation to set the bid opening for <br />concrete projects for October 9,2001 at 10:00 a.m. <br />6 12 Approve the resolutions for the allocation of levy authority: <br />Resolution #01-0048 Final Allocation of Levy Authority for the Hall County Airport <br />Authority <br />Resolution #01-0049 Final Allocation of Levy Authority for the Hall County Agricultural <br />Society <br />Resolution #01-0050 Final Allocation of Levy Authority for the Grand Island Suburban <br />Fire District #3 <br />Resolution #01-0051 Final Allocation of Levy Authority for the Wood River Fire District <br />#2 <br />Resolution #01-0052 Final Allocation of Levy Authority for the Cairo Rural Fire District #5 <br />Resolution #01-0053 Final Allocation of Levy Authority for the Shelton Fire District #3 <br />Resolution #01-0054 Final Allocation of Levy Authority for the Doniphan Fire District #6 <br />7 Accept and place on file the office reports from the Clerk of the District Court and <br />Hall County Sheriff <br />8 Accept and place on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br />9 Accept and place on file communications as received <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and <br />none voted no.
