Eriksen made a motion and Humiston seconded to approve <br />Resolution #01-0042 protesting the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's proposal to <br />designate Critical Habitat for the Piping Plover. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, <br />Jeffries and Lancaster all voted yes and Logan voted no.
