~ RESOLUTION #01- Ol)3tf f' OJ 329 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby accepts, in the name of an on behalf of the County of Hall, from Riverside Investment, Inc., the warranty deed to the following described property, to wit: The North Forty-Three Feet Four Inches (43' 4") of Lot One (1), Bloc~ One (1) in Hann's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; The South Seven (7) Feet of Lot One (1), Block Four 94) in Hann's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and All of Lot Two, Block Four (4) in Hann' s Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, except the South Five (5) Feet thereof, IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that all actions taken regarding closing of the sale and conveyance of the aforesaid property, including, but not limited to, the execution of the attached "Addendum to Real Estate Purchase Agreement," are hereby approved and ratified.
