<br />WHEREAS, subject property is intended for commercial development as sho..f'aa.tt03 <br />Hall County Comprehensive Plan as amended, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final development plan and final plat has been submitted in accordance <br />with the Hall County Zoning Regulations, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Regional Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />the final plan and final plat at their meeting on February 7, 2001 <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors consents to <br />and approves of the final development plan and the final subdivision plat of the above-described <br />tract ofland ownecfby Applicant with the following restrictions applicable to said property, to <br />wit <br /> <br />1. Uses Allowed. The Applicant shall be allowed to develop this property in a <br />manner consistent with the Grand Island Zoning B-2 (General Business District) Regulations. <br />All uses allowed by said district shall be allowed in this Planned Unit Development with the <br />exception of residential uses. Permanent residential uses allowed in the B-2 zoning district shall <br />not be allowed in this Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />2. Lot Size, Setbacks, Landscaping. The Applicant shall be allowed to develop <br />this property in a manner consistent with the Grand Island Zoning B-2 (General Business District <br />Regulations. Lot Size, Setbacks and Landscaping requirements of the B-2 zoning district shall <br />be enforced across this Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Successors in Interest.
