<br />(' 01061 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-..QQlD <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE HALL COUNTY FUTURE <br />LAND USE MAP, TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATED FUTURE USE OF A TRACT OF <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SOUTH HALF (S ~) OF THE SOUTHWEST <br />QUARTER (SW ~) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE ~) OF SECTION <br />THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSIDP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6th <br />P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA FROM AGRICULTURAL TO COMMERCIAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bosselman Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," is the owner <br />of a tract of land located in the South half of the Southwest Quarter ( ~) of the Southeast Quarter <br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th p.m., Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid tract is located within the zoning jurisdiction of Hall County; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applicant desires to petition the Regional Planning Commission and Hall <br />County to approve changes to the Hall County Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subject property is contiguous with existing commercial development, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wood River Road has been improved and reconfigured along the south side <br />of this property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Regional Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />this change at their meeting on January 10,2001 <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors consents to and <br />approves of a change to the Future Land Use Map as shown in the Hall County Comprehensive <br />Plan to change the intended future use of the above-described tract of land owned by Bossleman <br />Incorporated from agricultural to commercial. <br /> <br />Resolution moved by Supervisor ~ YV'\ P \a L.rA \1\(' U. s.--\-e v-- . <br /> <br />Seconded by Supervisor <br /> <br />~iAd.
