(200205~34 RESOLUTION # 0 ~ -0 0 ~ .3 Whereas, it has been represented to the Hall County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, by Marsha Medbery, Hall County Highway Superintendent that a dangerous traffic situation exists at the intersection of Leisure Lake Road and Amick Ave., and that it is necessary to erect a Stop Sign at said intersection, and WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, deem it necessary in the interest of traffic safety to erect said Stop Sign. THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered by the Hall County Board of Supervisors in regular session, that Marsha Medbery, Hall County Highway Superintendent, hereby is authorized and directed to erect a stop sign at the intersection of Leisure Lake Road and Amick Ave. and that the stop sign at this intersection be erected in such a manner as to require traffic approaching said intersection from the east to stop before entering into said intersection.
