<br />--- 00 - Or"".n.A <br />1"2 ~ \}ij.i <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING SEPTEMBER 24, 2002 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisor met from adjourned session and by published call <br />September 24, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. in the county board of supervisor's room 121 South <br />Pine, Grand Island, Nebraska <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lancaster <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />INVOCATION -Invocation was given by Rev. Frank Curran. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Jim Eriksen, Richard Hartman, Bob <br />Humiston, Bud Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster, and Lonnie Logan. Also present were <br />County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz and representatives from the Grand Island <br />Independent and KRGI. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA - Arnold made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the <br />following by consent agenda: <br />1. Accepted and placed on file the minutes of the September 10 meeting <br />2. 5a Approved Resolution #02-0062 for the stop sign at Leisure Lake Road and Renee <br />Road <br />3. 5b Approved Resolution #02-0063 for the stop sign at Leisure Lake Road and Amick <br />Avenue <br />4. 5c Approved Resolution #02-0064 for the stop sign at South Locust and Giltner Road <br />5. 5d Authorized the Chair to sign the Nebraska Board of Public Road Classifications <br />and Standards Certification <br />6. 8 Approved the appointment of Imogene Lechner to serve on the Regional Planning <br />Commission Board <br />7. 9 Approved Resolution #02-0065 for pledged collateral for Well Fargo Bank <br />8. 10 Approved Resolution #02-0066 proclaiming September as CAS A month <br />9. 11 a Authorized the chair to sign the certification of the cost allocation plan with <br />Maximus <br />10. 11 b Authorized the chair to sign the request for reimbursement for direct costs from <br />Health and Human Services <br />11. 23 Accepted and placed on file the office reports from the County Clerk, Register of <br />Deeds, Clerk of the District Court and Emergency Management <br />12. 24 Accepted and placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br />13. 25 Accepted and placed on file communications as received <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br />
