RESOLUTION #02- (:J(J51 (2 0 0 2 0 4 6 6 HUSKER HARVEST DAYS RESOLUTION REGARDING COUNTY ROADS WHEREAS, on the days of September 10th, 11th and 12th 2002, Husker Harvest Days will be held at the South edge of the Cornhusker Ammunition Plant: and WHEREAS, due to the narrow shoulders on county roads in the area of the Husker Harvest Days site it is desirable to prohibit the stopping, standing and parking of vehicles up certain roads in the vicinity of the Husker Harvest Days site during the period said event. THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that commencing September 10, 11 and 12, 2002 the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles upon the following county roadways, their shoulders and right of ways is hereby prohibited, to-wit: 1. On Husker Highway from its intersection with 80th Road to the intersection of Husker Highway and Schauppsville Road a distance of approximately tow miles. 2. On 90th Road from its intersection with Husker Highway to the intersection of 90th Road and Schimmer Drive a distance of approximately one-mile. The Hall County public Work Department shall erect and maintain such proper and adequate signs thereon to effectuate this resolution, and to remove the same on or after September 17, 2002.
