<br />(20020481 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02 -0053 <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING A FINAL ALLOCATION OF LEVY AUTHORITY FOR THE <br />SHELTON FIRE DISTRICT#3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is in receipt of a preliminary <br />request of levy allocation submitted by the Shelton Fire District #3, hereinafter referred to <br />as "District," requesting an allocation of levy in the amount of General $14,279.00 and <br />Sinking $8,930.00 for the fiscal year 2002 - 2003, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors has considered the aforesaid <br />preliminary levy request and determined that a final allocation of levy authority should be <br />made and established for the District. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, a final allocation of levy authority in the amount of <br />General $14,279,00 and Sinking $8,930.00 is hereby determined, made and established <br />for the District for the fiscal year 2002 - 2003. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, the Hall County Clerk shall forward a copy of the <br />Resolution to the Chairperson of the governing body of the District. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS ~ 1 DAY OF A-utj usi- ';:;;;DO~ <br /> <br />Resolution moved by Supervisor ~(' ~-\:\ J\~ Y\O ~& <br /> <br />Seconded by Supervisor ...3\ ~ t; r'\ "'-"E:> -e. ~ <br /> <br />VOTE: <br />Scott Arnold <br />Richard Hartman <br />Bob Humiston <br />William P.
