<br />~200204;~4 <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING AUGUST 13, 2002 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met from adjourned session and published call <br />July 30, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. in the county board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lancaster <br /> <br />INVOCATION -Invocation was given by <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Jim Eriksen, Richard Hartman, Bob <br />Humiston, Bud Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster, and Lonnie Logan. Also present were <br />County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz and representatives from the Grand Island <br />Independent and KRGI. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA - Arnold made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the <br />following by consent agenda: <br />1. Accept and place on file the minutes of the July 30 meeting <br />2. 10 Authorized the Chair to sign the agreement with Lancaster County Youth Services <br />3. 11 Authorized the chair to sign the agreement for Handi Bus State and Federal <br />Operating Assistance <br />4. 12 Approve Resolution #02-0046 to Strike Uncollectible Delinquent 1999 Personal <br />Taxes and 2000 and Prior Real Property Taxes <br />5. 13 Approve the Resolution #02-0047 to Close Aida Road for Husker Harvest Days <br />September 10, 11 & 12, 2002 <br />6. 14 Authorized the chair to sign the cooperative agreement for Child Support <br />Enforcement for the Clerk of the District Court <br />7. 15 Approved the final plat for Bovine Subdivision <br />8. 23 Accepted and placed on file the office reports from the Hall County Clerk, County <br />Attorney Statistical Report, County Court, Emergency Management and Hall County <br />Sheriff <br />9. 24 Accepted and placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br />10. 25 Accepted and placed on file communications as received. <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and <br />none voted no.
