<br />--<, <br /> <br />(20020258 <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING MAY 14, 2002 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> <br />INVOCATION -Invocation was given Rev George Wheat. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Jim Eriksen, Richard Hartman, Bob <br />Humiston, Bud Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster, and Lonnie Logan. Also present were <br />County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz and representatives from the Grand Island <br />Independent and KRGI. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA - Arnold made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the <br />following by consent agenda: <br />1. Accept and place on file the minutes of April 23, meeting <br />2. 5a Approve Resolution #02-0034 for Project STPE2235(3) for South Locust <br />3. 5b Accept and place on file the Public Works Department Quarterly Report <br />4. 6 Authorize the Chair to sign the renewal for federal equitable sharing agreement <br />dated until September 2005 for drug seizure money <br />5. 8 Approve Resolution #02-0036 for withdrawal of collateral for the State Bank of <br />Cairo <br />6. 9 Receive the tort claim from Gary Taylor <br />7. 15 Approve the final plats for Pine Grove Subdivision and Happold subdivision <br />8. 21 Approve the budget letter that will be distributed to the County Officials <br />9. 23 Accept and place on file the office reports from the County Clerk, Clerk of the <br />District Court, Public Defender, County Court Hall and Howard County Juvenile <br />Services and Hall County Sheriff <br />10. 24 Accept and place on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br />11. 25 Accept and place on file communications as received <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and <br />none voted no.
