(20020209 4. Obligations To Inform County. SPPD shall inform the Hall County Board in a timely manner of activities and communications between SPPD and the Department of the Army relative to the conveyance of the above properties. 5. Amendments. The terms of this resolution may be modified or amended upon written agreement of the County and SPPD. 6. Use Of Property. SPPD shall use the aforesaid property in a manner consistent with the CAAP Reuse Committee's Comprehensive Reuse Plan. 7. Previous Designations. This designation of SPPD as transferee shall exclude any lands previously designated by the Hall County Board of Supervisors. 8. Previous Designations and Conveyances. The lands herein identified as all of tracts 26,27,38 (including farm site), and a portion oftract 37 as marked on attachment "A" shall not include nor be interpreted as including any easement, tract, or parcel for which as transferee has been previously designated by the Hall County Board of Supervisors, nor shall it include any easement, tract or parcel previously conveyed by the Secretary of the Army.
