( CJ i<.J A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SALARY FOR PUBLIC DEFENDER FOR FOUR YEAR TERM BEGINNING JANUARY 6, 2005 WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is required by law to set and establish salaries for elected county officials for the four-year tenn of office commencing on January 6, 2005. NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the office of Hall County Public Defender for the four-year tenn commencing January 6, 2005, be set as follows: For the calendar year 2005 For the calendar year 2006 For the calendar year 2007 For the calendar year 2008 through the end oftenn $55,268.99 $56,927.06 $58,634.87 $60,393.92 The aforesaid amounts shall be paid on a bi-weekly basis or on such other periodic basis as established by the Board of Supervisors. In addition to the salary as set forth above, the Hall County Public Defender shall receive during the tenn of office at county expense the employee only or employee and family health, medical and dental benefits pursuant to the tenns and conditions of the county's Employee Health Benefit Plan. The county reserves the right to change deductible amounts, co-payment amounts, and other tenns and conditions of said benefit plan at any time prior to or during the tenn of office.
