Scott Arnold, Jim Eriksen, Dick Hartman, Bob Humiston, Bud Jeffries, <br />Pamela Lancaster and Robert Rye all voted. 7 yes 0 no Motion carried. <br /> <br />Returning to discussion for economical district proposal of a combined district Ferguson <br />told the board that different laws might effect different bylaws. If the board does not feel <br />comfortable entering into this agreement they may be allowed to withdraw from the <br />combined districts before it progress too far. Hartman noted that he is concerned about <br />joining the district because he is concerned about the cost to Hall County. Ericksen <br />made the motion to approve the support of the formation of the South Central Economic <br />Development District. Scott Arnold, Jim Eriksen, Dick Hartman, Bob Humiston, Bud <br />Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster and Robert Rye all voted. 7 yes 0 no Motion carried. <br /> <br />Chairman Lancaster asked for a break <br /> <br />Break at 10:25 <br />
