<br />ro. ~~0rl <br />r I t...h...Jl t..I t <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING AUGUST 26, 2003 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met August 26, 2003, by published call in the <br />county board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER- The meeting was called to order Chairman Pamela Lancaster <br /> <br />INVOCATION -Invocation was given by Father Curran. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison <br /> <br />ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Jim Eriksen, Dick Hartman, Bob <br />Humiston, Bud Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster and Robert Rye. Also present were news <br />media representatives from KRGI and The Grand Island Independent. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA - Arnold made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the <br />following by consent agenda - <br /> <br />1. Accept and place on file the minutes of the August 12 meeting <br />2. 6 Approve Resolution #03-0065 for additional collateral for US Bank <br />3. 5c Approve Resolution #03-0066 to prohibit standing, or parking on county roads <br />during Husker Harvest Days September 9,10 and 11 <br />4. 15 Accept and place on file communications from the Regional Planning Department <br />5. 23 Accept and place on file the office report from Emergency Management <br />6. 24 Accept and place on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br />7. 25 Accept and place on file communications as received <br />8. 5d Accept bids for asphalt for 1 mile between Binfield Road and Lepin Road, 3 miles <br />on Airport Road and 1300 feet on Austin Avenue and Deva Drive and set the bid <br />opening for September 9, 2003 at 10:00 a.m <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and none <br />voted no.
