<br />':03/146 <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JULY 15, 2003 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met July 15, 2003, by published call in the county <br />board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER- The meeting was called to order Chairman Pamela Lancaster <br /> <br />INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison <br /> <br />ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Jim Eriksen, Dick Hartman, Bob <br />Humiston, Bud Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster and Robert Rye. Also present were County <br />Attorney Jerry Janulewicz and news media representatives from KRGI and The Grand <br />Island Independent. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA - Arnold made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the <br />following by consent agenda - <br /> <br />1. Accept and place on file the minutes from the July 1 meeting <br />2. 6 Approve and authorize the chair to sign the agreement for the performance of <br />duties of designated educational activities. <br />3. 7a Approve Resolution #03-0044 for additional collateral for the County Clerk with <br />Wells Fargo Bank in the amount of $670,000.00 <br />4. 7b Approve Resolution #03-0045 for additional collateral for the County Clerk with <br />Wells Fargo Bank in the amount of $4,400,000.00 <br />5. 8 Accept and place on file Hall County Treasurer's Settlement with the Hall County <br />Board <br />6. 9a Approve Resolution #03-0046 for the two-year county tax sale certificates <br />7. 9b Approve Resolution #03-0047 for the five-year tax sale certificates <br />8. 15a Approve the final plat for JR Rothman Subdivision <br />9. 15b Approve the final plat for Platte River Drive Subdivision <br />10. 15c Approve the final plat for JZM Subdivision <br />11. 23 Accept and place on file the office reports from the County Clerk, County Court, <br />Emergency Management, Hall & Howard County Juvenile Services and County <br />Sheriff <br />12. 24 Accept and place on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br />13. 25 Accept and place on file communications as received <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and none <br />voted no.
