<br />(0338tJ <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JUNE 17,2003 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met June 20, 2003, by published call in the county <br />board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER- The meeting was called to order Chairman Pamela Lancaster <br /> <br />INVOCATION -Invocation was given by Rev. Bremer with Grace Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison <br /> <br />ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Jim Eriksen, Bob Humiston, Bud <br />Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster and Robert Rye. Hartman was absent. Also present were <br />County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz and news media representatives from the Grand <br />Island Independent and KRGI. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA - Arnold made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the <br />following by consent agenda - <br />1. Accept and place on file the minutes of the June 3 meeting <br />2. 13 Approve Resolution #03-0039 for the withdrawal of collateral for Five Points Bank <br />in the amount of $300,000.00 <br />3. 15 Approve the final plat for Gen 2 Gen Subdivision <br />4. 23 Accept and place on file the office report from Emergency Management, Register <br />of Deeds, County Sheriff, Hall & Howard County Juvenile Services, County Court <br />and County Clerk <br />5. 24 Accept and place on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br />6. 25 Accept and place on file communications as received <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried.
