<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), said point being Two Hundred Fifty Eight and
<br />Ninety Four Hundredths (258.94) feet south of the northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence running
<br />southerly along and upon the east line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), a distance of Thirty Three (33.0) feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 89058'06" and running westerly, a distance of One Thousand Nineteen and Forty Three Hundredths
<br />(1,019.43) feet to a point of curvature; thence running northwesterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose
<br />radius is 360.56 feet, of which, the initial tangent of said curve coincides with the previously described course, a distance of
