<br />adjacent to the centerline of an existing road, said road centerline being more particularly described as follows:

<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at a point on the south line of said West Half (W1/2), said point being Three
<br />Hundred Sixty Four and Sixteen Hundredths (364.16) feet west of the southeast corner of said West Half (W1/2); thence
<br />deflecting right 90020'32" from said south line and running northerly, a distance of Thirty Three (33.0) feet to the ACTUAL
<br />point of beginning, said point lying on the northerly right of way line of Old Potash Highway; thence continuing along the
<br />previously described course, a distance of Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty Nine and Sixty Four Hundredths (5,249.64)

<br />the north line) of said East Half (1/2), excepting therefrom, the easterly One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty (1,780.0) feet,
<br />thereof, (per Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 166, Page 443, Register of Deeds Office), and a tract of land comprising the
<br />southerly Thirty Three (33.0) feet (measured perpendicular to the south line) of said East Half (1/2), excepting therefrom, the
