<br />adjacent to the centerline of an existing road, said road centerline being more particularly described as follows:

<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at a point on the south line of said West Half (W1/2), said point being Three
<br />Hundred Sixty Four and Sixteen Hundredths (364.16) feet west of the southeast corner of said West Half (W1/2); thence
<br />deflecting right 90020'32" from said south line and running northerly, a distance of Thirty Three (33.0) feet to the ACTUAL
<br />point of beginning, said point lying on the northerly right of way line of Old Potash Highway; thence continuing along the
