<br />~a217 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION# 6 ~ -00 15. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is desirous of obtaining additional <br /> <br />property for highway improvement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully negotiated with <br /> <br />Rick D. and Patricia A. Rauert for the sale of certain real estate to be described in the following and: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution <br /> <br />and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and <br /> <br />accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> <br />SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee, a <br /> <br />warranty deed from Rick D. and Patricia A. Rauert, grantor(s), to the following described real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWI/4 NWl/4) and a <br />part ofthe West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WI/2 SWl/4), all in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township <br />Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwest comer of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (Wl/2 SWI/4), said point <br />also being the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWI/4 NW/l/4); <br />thence running northerly along the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWI/4 <br />NWI/4), a distance of Three Hundred Three and Three Hundredths (303.03) feet (92.36m); thence running <br />easterly parallel with the southerly line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWl/4 <br />NWI/4), a distance of(40.0) feet (12.19m); thence running southerly parallel with and Forty (40.0) feet <br />(12.19m) east of the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWl/4 NWl/4), a <br />distance of Three Hundred Three and Three Hundredths (303.03) feet, (92.36m), to a point on the north line <br />of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WI/2 SWI/4); thence continuing southerly parallel with and <br />Forty (40.0) feet (I2.19m) east of the west line of the said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (Wl/2 <br />SWI/4), a distance of Two Hundred Nineteen and Fifty One Hundredths (219.51) feet (66.9Im), to the <br />northwest comer of Lot One (1), Prairie Creek Subdivision; thence running westerly along the north line of <br />Prairie Creek Subdivision a distance of Forty (40.0) feet (12.19m), to a point on the west line of said West <br />Half ofthe Southwest Quarter (W1/2 SWI/4); thence running northerly along the west line of said West <br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (Wl/2 SWI/4), a distance of Two Hundred Nineteen and Fifty One <br />Hundredths (219.51) feet (66.9Im), to the point of beginning and containing 0.480 acres (0.194ha) more or <br />less of which 0.396 acres (0.I60ha) more or less is presently occupied by public road right of way.
