<br />~ <br />V 03215 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03- 00 14- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is desirous of obtaining additional <br /> <br />property for highway improvement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully negotiated with <br /> <br />Russell D. and Carrie J. Shaw for the sale of certain real estate to be described in the following and: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution <br /> <br />and laws ofthe State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and <br /> <br />accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> <br />SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee, a <br /> <br />warranty deed from Russell D. and Carrie 1. Shaw, grantor(s), to the following described real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot One (I), Prairie Creek Subdivision, located in the West Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SWI/4) of Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) <br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwest comer of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 SW1/4); thence <br />running southerly along the westerly line of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 SW 1/4), a <br />distance of Two Hundred Nineteen and Fifty One Hundredths (219.51) feet (66.91m); thence deflecting left <br />900 and running easterly a distance of Forty (40.0) feet (12. 19m), to the northwest comer of said Lot One <br />(1), Prairie Creek Subdivision and the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing easterly along the <br />north line of, said Lot One (1), Prairie Creek Subdivision, a distance of Forty (40.0) feet (12.19m); thence <br />deflecting right 900 and running southerly a distance of Sixty (60.0) feet (18.29m); thence deflecting right <br />900 and running westerly a distance of Forty (40.0) feet (12.1 9m), to a point on the west line of said Lot <br />One (1), Prairie Creek Subdivision; thence deflecting right 900 and running northerly along the west line of <br />said Lot One (1), Prairie Creek Subdivision, a distance of Sixty (60.0) feet (18.29m), to the Actual point of <br />beginning and containing 0.055 acres (0.022 ha) more or less. <br />
