<br />(03209 <br /> <br />petroleum storage facility. <br />2. All means of ingress and egress to the property shall be approved by the county <br />building inspector, who shall consider automotive safety and convenience, traffic flow <br />and control, and access in case of fire or other emergency. <br />3. All structures, buildings, service drives, and parking and storage areas shall be <br />constructed and installed in accordance with the county building codes and subject to the <br />approval ofthe county building inspector. <br />4. Off-street parking shall be provided at the rate of 1 space per 200 square feet of gross <br />floor area. <br />5. Areas used for the storage of anhydrous ammonia, petroleum products, and similar toxic <br />substance, and fertilizer application equipment shall be enclosed within buildings or, if <br />stored outdoor, shall be enclosed by chain link or other fence designed, constructed, and <br />installed in such a manner as to prevent the unauthorized entry of persons into said <br />storage areas during non-business hours. <br />6. Storage and handling of anhydrous ammonia fertilizer, petroleum products, and <br />similar toxic substances shall comply with the general industry standards for such <br />activities or as required by local, state and federal laws and regulatory agency rules and <br />regulations. In case of a conflict in such standards, laws, rules and regulations,. those <br />standards, laws, rules and regulations that provide the greater protection to safeguarding <br />the interests of adjoining property owners and the general public shall apply. <br />7. Uses authorized by this resolution shall be subject to any limitations, conditions, and <br />restrictions set forth in the County Zoning Resolution which are not inconsistent with <br />the provisions set forth herein. <br />8. The above-described real estate must, at all times, be kept in a clean, neat and orderly <br />condition. <br />9. No substances shall be placed or stored upon the real estate in such a way as to create <br />an unreasonable hazard or nuisance to adjacent landowners or to the general public, <br />10. No uses under the Conditional Use Permit shall result in air, water, or groundwater <br />pollution, which creates an unreasonable hazard or nuisance to the adjacent landowners, <br />or to the general public. <br />11. The term ofthe Conditional Use Permit shall be for a period of five (5) years beginning <br />
