Arnold, Eriksen, <br />Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />5b DISCUSS & APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR FEDERAL AID FOR PROJECT STPE <br />2170(3) County Surveyor Dan Hostler was present and stated that the resolution for this <br />project was so old that it needed to be updated. This is the Cairo East Project or 1-R <br />Road. <br /> <br />Jeffries made a motion and Hartman seconded to approve Resolution #03-0002 for <br />federal aid for Project STPE 2170-(3). Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, <br />Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br />
