10.APPROVE &AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN NEW CONTRACT WITH SOZO <br /> FAMILY SERVICES FOR INMATE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES WITH 3% COST <br /> INCREASE —Todd said these are the renewals with the same company Sozo with the <br /> 3% increase. He did not increase that line item one of the providers is licensed at a <br /> lower level and will be paid a lower rate but wiis working on the license. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Sorensen seconded to approve the contract with Sozo <br /> Family Services with 3% cost increase. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes, no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 11.APPROVE &AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN NEW AGREEMENT WITH SOZO <br /> FAMILY SERVICES FOR STAFF HOURS USING OPIOID SETTLEMENT FUNDS. <br /> Todd stated this is a way to allow the county to use the opioid funds. It is the best way <br /> to use these funds. He noted there was some staff reduction. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Sorensen seconded to approve the contract with Sozo <br /> Family services using the opioid funds. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes, no one voted no.
