Peterson stated there are 2 reasons for a closed session. To protect the <br /> public interest or to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Richardson all voted yes and no one voted no. <br /> Sorensen was not present. Motion carried. <br /> Held closed from 10:25 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. <br /> Richardson made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go out of closed session. <br /> Peterson stated there were no other subjects discussed, no votes were taken and no <br /> action was taken.
